Is delivery and installation included in the $2,950 price?
Yes. The $2,950 package price includes professional delivery and installation in your approved Dallas–Fort Worth service area. We bring the aquarium, stand, equipment, décor, supplies, and fish, then professionally set it up in your home or office.
How fast can my aquarium be installed?
Most aquariums are delivered and professionally installed within 2–3 business days of purchase, depending on scheduling availability.
Do I need aquarium experience?
No. This is a complete turnkey setup. We handle everything and show you exactly how to care for the aquarium during installation.
What is included?
Your package includes the aquarium, stand, LED light, canister filter, heater, air pump, bubble wall, artificial plants, rock, driftwood, substrate, starter fish, food, water conditioner, live bacteria, magnet cleaner, delivery, and installation.
Will my aquarium look exactly like the photos?
Not exactly. Each aquarium is professionally aquascaped, and materials such as rock, driftwood, and plants vary. We guarantee the stand color, but the final design will be unique.
Will my aquarium be clear after install?
New aquariums may take a few days to fully clear after installation. It’s normal to see some initial cloudiness as the system stabilizes.
The natural driftwood included in your aquascape can release tannins into the water, which may give it a slight tea-colored tint. We pre-soak all driftwood to reduce this, but some light discoloration may still occur.
This is completely normal and harmless. Water clarity and color will continue to improve over time and can be further refined with water changes once the tank has been established for about a month.
Will the fish survive?
Yes, the aquarium is designed for success. However, it is normal to occasionally lose one or two fish during the first month while the aquarium establishes.
Are the fish guaranteed?
Fish are guaranteed for 30 days if you are enrolled in a maintenance plan. Without a service plan, fish are covered for 72 hours and replacement fish must be picked up from us.
Do I get to choose the fish?
Fish are selected based on health, compatibility, and availability. We guarantee the number of fish purchased, but cannot guarantee exact species, colors, or sizes.
Can I add more fish after setup?
Yes. We recommend waiting about 30 days after installation so the aquarium has time to stabilize before adding more fish.
Will you supply more fish later?
Yes. If you sign up for our maintenance service plan, we can bring and add more fish at the one-month mark when the tank is ready.
What do I have to do other than feed the fish?
Very little. You will need to feed the fish and keep the water level full. We provide dechlorinator and show you exactly how to add water safely during installation.
How often does the tank need to be cleaned?
We provide a magnet cleaner so you can clean the glass every few days without getting wet — it takes about one minute. The aquarium also needs a monthly cleaning and partial water change, which we can handle if you sign up for service.
If I sign up for aquarium service, what’s included?
Our professional maintenance service includes:

Yes. We offer professional maintenance service plans so you can enjoy the aquarium without worrying about upkeep.
Does the equipment and tank carry any warranties?
Yes. All equipment and aquarium components may carry manufacturer warranties. You would contact the manufacturer directly for any warranty claims, as they have sole authority over approvals. If you are enrolled in our maintenance service plan, we will assist in facilitating warranty claims within reason.

How long does installation take?
Most installs take approximately 2–4 hours. Your aquarium will be fully installed, running, and stocked with fish the same day.
Is the aquarium heavy?
Yes. Once filled, aquariums are very heavy and should not be moved after installation. We will position it correctly during setup.
What happens if something goes wrong?
If you are enrolled in a service plan, we can assist with maintenance, troubleshooting, livestock concerns, and help facilitate warranty support.
New aquariums take time to fully stabilize. Fish are added using professional water conditioners and live bacteria. Livestock availability may vary. Placement, electrical access, and site conditions must be suitable for installation.
